Shipping

Handmade: All handmade items are made to order - please allow 14 DAYS from time of order to item being shipped. An email notification will be sent at time of dispatch.

Ready to ship: Ready to ship items will dispatch within 7 working days. However if your order contains a combination of handmade bespoke and ready to ship items, please allow up to 14 days for the whole order to ship.

International Orders:

Please note that any customs fees payable are at rates as specified by country and are the customer's responsibility - these fees are NOT INCLUDED IN THE POSTAGE FEE. These fees will be charged directly to customer by individual countries' customs offices once orders have reached the destination country. Please check fees with your local government before ordering.

Knit 9 accepts no responsibility for items lost in transit. We use Royal Mail for all deliveries and if the tracked postage option is selected, we can provide a tracking number and your item will be insured. If standard shipping is selected, all we can provide is a proof of postage receipt. We do not offer refunds or replacements on lost parcels.

Shipping Rates:

All items are sent via Royal Mail. Proof of postage will be obtained, however there is NO TRACKING available other than UK Special Delivery & International Tracked and Signed For.

UK:

£3.95 First Class shipping - please allow 2-5 days from dispatch

£4.95 1st Class signed for

£10 Special Delivery - next working day (MON-FRI ONLY) and tracked
